We spent nearly 12 months looking for a van, travelled halfway around the country to look at vans which were sold three months ago! We did find one similar (but 12 months old and a grand more!), then another which had it's seats missing and despite discussing it with us before we left home, when we got there they were unable to put some in after all. One van we nearly got was written off in the yard the day we were due to collect it, then after a lot of chasing, the same firm had another van, agreed a part exchange and price in writing so we travelled 100 miles and delayed our holiday so we could collect it, only for them to change their minds when we got there! We lost £36 on cancelling the insurance and half of our holiday. We then ordered a new Renault van from a company for the guy to lose it on the computer and another one not due in until March. We had about given up when we found VanPeople - you always called back if we sent a message, always helpful and cheerful. We knew exactly what we were getting and when it was coming, but for some reason we didn't believe it until it arrived! It did, and earlier than expected. The after sales service was just as reliable and selling our Trooper on eBay was easy thanks again to you. We will recommend you to others. The van trade needs more Erics!
